Franck is a founding partner of HARMONY AVOCATS.

Expertise, experience , training :

Franck FABRO started his career in 1995, working for Deloitte & Touche J&F (DELOITTE société d’Avocats), and worked for 7 years as a tax lawyer.

He advised and supported major French and foreign corporate clients on their external growth operations and restructuring, on implementation and follow up of their fiscal integration, as well as in the context of their international development.

The various missions covered both advice, assistance as well as litigation.

In 2002, he then joined BNP Paribas Corporate and Institutional Banking and worked within the structured finance teams, then became part of the Fixed Income and Global market team, where he designed, structured and managed complex financial transactions, in an international environment, for major corporations and tier one banks.

This experience which combined structured financing and off balance sheet or leverage financings, as much as financial market activity, meant that he gained, on top of his tax practice acquired as tax lawyer, a financial, transactional and accountant culture, giving to Franck the ability to catch up the projects of his clients with a much larger prism than an approach solely based on a mere legal and fiscal matters.

Franck is Vice-Chairman of the DFCG‘s ‘Tax’ working group he created in 2019 and chaired until end of 2022. In this capacity, he is a member of the MEDEF Tax Commission. He is also member of the ‘IACF’ and of the ‘Sphère Fiscale’.

He also writes for Revue Finance et Gestion, published by DFCG, as well as the bulletin Alertes & Conseils Gestion Finance and the website ‘Innéo Daf’, published by Editions Francis Lefebvre.

Franck also used to contribute to the Lamy Fiscal.

Franck holds a CAPA (French BAR at EFB Paris), DESS degree in Business Law and tax (Paris I – Panthéon Sorbonne), DESS degree in applied tax and International tax. (Paris XII- Paris Val De Marne).

Franck is Attorney at law, member of the Paris Bar.

Franck is a French native speaker, fluent in English.
