The founder of a start-up carrying out a consulting activity and created more than 2 years ago under the form of an SAS, has just reached an agreement with one of its business partners to open its share capital to him. Building a strong and dynamic business plan together, they also prepare a fund raising for the coming year.

In cooperation with our partner firm NEXO, we advise them on the legal and tax structuring of the scheme to be put in place, including the shareholders’ agreement, and we prepare the corresponding legal documentation.

We manage the whole process until complete implementation.
