BEPS action plan developed by the OECD : the final reports are released now.

The OECD has just released, on October 5, 2015, the final reports on the 15 actions listed in its BEPS plan against base erosion and profit shifting.

An opportunity, for the groups with a strong international presence, to review their existing global tax policy and potentially re-design it to anticipate the main foreseeable changes and to make sure that they will remain fully compliant in a near future.
