A mid-cap French group operating in automatic beverage dispensing would like to simplify its legal chart, merging several operational entities and achieving goodwill contributions between companies members of the group.

In cooperation with our partner firm NEXO, we advise them on the legal and tax structuring of the scheme to be put in place, we prepare the corresponding legal documentation, and we draft the ruling application needed, given the specific operations planned. We manage the whole process until complete implementation, including following up with the French tax authorities on the ruling application.
